The Gastronoma double low-fat air fryer features an advanced air circulation system that cooks food faster and saves energy. You can cook without oil, meaning you get up to 80% less fat compared to traditional frying. The Gastronoma 18290006 Airfryer has a total capacity of 9 liters, divided into 2 non-stick air fryer baskets, each with a capacity of 4.5 liters.


These baskets can be operated independently, with different temperatures and cooking times – ideal for situations where, for example, the vegetables should not be overcooked with the meat. Both the cooking zones and the included grill racks have a PFAS-free ceramic coating, making the air fryer completely PFAS-free.


Thanks to the Smart Finish program, you can set each cooking zone so that both dishes are ready at the same time. With the Match Cook program, you can equalize the settings for both baskets, so they are prepared identically.


Both baskets are dishwasher-safe. The air fryer has a digital display with touchscreen and offers 12 automatic programs. The temperature is adjustable between 50-200°C and the timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes. A signal sounds for each individual cooking zone when the cooking time has expired. The appliance automatically switches off once cooking is complete.
