Gastronoma vacuum packaging is perfect for sealing both wet and dry food. Ideal if you want to extend the shelf life of your food, for marinating or cooking meat, fish and vegetables in sous vide. Normally it can take hours to marinate your food properly, but by vacuum sealing it can be done in 20 minutes. The appliance has a maximum sealing width of 30 cm and an integrated cutting function. The fully automatic control panel is very user-friendly; just place the prepared bag, close the lid, choose vacuum seal or seal and the appliance does the rest for you. If you have vacuum containers or wine stoppers, you can use the appliance to suck the air out of the containers or wine bottles using the supplied hose, which will keep the contents fresh for longer.
