If you don't feel like talking for a while, you can easily block certain phone numbers or anonymous callers by adding them to the blacklist (maximum 32 numbers). When this function is activated, calls from these numbers are completely blocked or only displayed on the screen. You can manually add unwanted numbers to the blacklist or simply copy them from the call history. It is also possible to prevent the phone from ringing for calls without caller ID, and you can even set times when the phone should or should not ring. Finally, you can assign selected numbers to a VIP group to ensure that these calls always come through, even when the Do Not Disturb function is enabled.
Stay in touch with an integrated phone book and long talk time
The Gigaset AS690 makes communication easy: with 14 hours of talk time, you are sure to be able to keep talking to your loved ones at any time. The integrated phone book offers space for up to 100 names and numbers. In addition, the last 25 calls are automatically sorted by name and time. With a standby time of 180 hours, you will always be reachable for your callers.

Are you on the go and can't answer the phone? No problem: you can always fall back on your answering machine. The device can store 20 minutes of messages, which you can listen to via the handset, the base station, or remotely. Once recorded, your messages remain stored even during a power outage. You can even personalize the answering machine by recording your welcome message and selecting the maximum recording duration.
