When this function is activated, calls from these numbers are blocked completely or displayed only on the display. You can add unwanted numbers to the blacklist manually or simply copy them from the call history. It is also possible to prevent the phone from ringing for calls without number recognition, and you can even set times when the phone should or should not ring. Finally, you can assign selected numbers to a VIP group to ensure that these calls always get through, even when the Do Not Disturb feature is enabled.

Stay in touch with an integrated phonebook and long talk time

The Gigaset AS690 makes communication easy: with 14 hours of talk time, you can be sure to stay in touch with loved ones at any time. The integrated phonebook provides space for up to 100 names and numbers. In addition, the last 25 calls are automatically arranged with name and time. With a standby time of 180 hours, you will always remain accessible to your callers.

Never miss a call - the Gigaset AS690A with integrated answering machine

Are you on the road and can't get to the phone? No problem: you can always fall back on your answering machine. It can store 20 minutes of messages, which you listen to via the handset, base station or remotely. Once recorded, your messages remain stored even during a power failure. You can even personalize the answering machine by selecting the voicing of the welcome message and the maximum recording time.

This means the phones are radiation-free in standby mode even when using multiple handsets (assuming both the base station and all connected handsets support ECO-DECT). During a call, the amount of radiation is automatically adjusted to the distance between the base station and the handset. The smaller it is, the lower the amount of radiation is. For maximum DECT range, you can turn ECO-DECT mode off at any time.
