Your weight gives insight into your health. With this digital personal scale from Grundig, you not only see how much you weigh; the scale also provides a body analysis of fat, muscle, bone and fluid. Moreover, it can remember details for 12 people. For good measurement results, set the device on a flat, hard surface and step on the black, glass surface with bare, dry feet.

Body analysis and large memory

This personal scale has a memory for 12 people. So it can easily remember the information of an average family and even a soccer team. When setting up, you give the scale information about the person(s) to be weighed. For proper analysis, it asks your gender, height, age and how athletic you are. With this data, the scale analyzes your fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass and fluid content. In an analysis bar, it additionally shows if your BMI is OK or if you are underweight or overweight, for example. The personal scale also provides information about your daily kilocalorie needs and whether you have gained or lost weight compared to the previous measurement. It thus not only shows a snapshot, but also provides insight into your development.

Maximum 180 kilograms

The black scale measures digitally in increments of 100 grams and works in units of kilograms, pounds or stones as desired. It can weigh persons of up to 180 kilograms. Overloaded? Then it displays an overload notification. Also if the battery is weak, you get to see that on the display ('Lo'). By the way, the required button cell battery (CR2032) is included, so you can use the scale immediately upon receipt. To save energy, the device switches off automatically after 10 seconds if no one is left on it.
