Hendi Ham/Salmon Knife Profi Line 30cm
All knives are precisely forged from a single piece of high-carbon German stainless steel. The special chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15) guarantees the following properties:

The production of each knife involves up to 50 steps. Traditional skills and precise machines continuously grind and polish until the cutting edge is finally placed at the ideal angle for the respective knife.
