PulseTrain Technology
The PulseTrain program uses your heart rate in combination with universal color language to optimally support your workout on our Omega Z treadmill. Whether you are performing an aerobic workout, threshold training or anaerobic training, the console constantly monitors your heart rate and indicates with color changes on the LED display whether you are within the target zone or need to adjust the intensity. This way, you can design your workout the way you need it.
