Do not use any batteries other than those supplied by Insta360. Insta360 is not responsible for battery-related accidents or equipment failures caused by using batteries other than those officially supplied by Insta360.

If the battery is warm after use, wait until the battery has cooled down to room temperature before charging. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F) when charging, the battery may expand, leak, overheat or be damaged.

Do not allow the battery to come into contact with liquids and never immerse the battery in water or get the battery wet. If the battery accidentally ends up in water, dry it completely before using it.

Do not use or store the battery in extremely hot environments. Excessively high or low temperatures may affect the battery life and shorten its service life. The ideal ambient temperature and humidity are 14°F ~ 95°F (-10°C ~ 35°C) (storage life: 3 months),

Do not store the battery for a long period of time after it is fully discharged to avoid over-discharging the battery and damaging the battery cells, which may render them unusable. Charge and discharge the battery about every 3 months to keep the battery active.

Insta360 X4 Fast Charge Hub

Fast Charge Hub is compatible with Insta360 X4 batteries only. Batteries of other models should not be charged with this device.

Do not charge batteries near flammable or combustible materials. Do not touch the charging points on the Fast Charge Hub with your hands or other objects.

Keep the battery slot and charging port free of water and dirt. Disconnect the Fast Charge Hub once the batteries are fully charged.

Do not use liquid cleaners. If the charging point is dirty, clean it with a soft dry cloth.

Store the Fast Charge Hub in a dry and clean environment.
