Is the heat dangerous for my pet?No. The Heat Nest has 3 heat settings that adapt to your pet's needs. Furthermore, the lowest setting is automatically selected when switched on. The device is also equipped with overheating protection and switches off automatically after 45 minutes, for safe and worry-free operation.
How does the heating basket work?The basket has 2 modes. The "automatic" mode heats as soon as the device is switched on. The "sensor" mode detects the pet's presence, heats only when it is in the basket, and switches off as soon as it leaves the basket.
For what pet size is the basket designed?The Heat Nest is suitable for pets weighing between 1 and 50 kg. The dimensions are 70x40x23 cm, ideal for medium-sized pets.
