The Miele KM 7361 FL induction hob features a sleek and elegant black glass-ceramic finish that seamlessly integrates into a modern kitchen. With a width of 62 cm, this semi-integrated hob can be installed either flush with or slightly above the worktop, depending on the desired finish. The glass finish makes cleaning after each cooking session easy: a damp sponge is sufficient to remove splashes and residue.

4 powerful cooking zones

This induction hob has 4 cooking zones of different sizes and with different power levels, allowing you to cook with pans and pots of various dimensions. Each zone has a minimum power of 1,350 to 2,300 watts and features a booster function to quickly bring water to a boil or sear a piece of meat. Induction technology heats the pan directly, achieving the desired temperature quickly and precisely. Thanks to permanent pan detection, a cooking zone activates automatically as soon as you place a pan on it. This allows you to cook with more control and prepare a complete meal for the whole family in no time.

Intuitive operation

Miele has equipped this hob with the ComfortSelect control panel, allowing you to easily set the power of each cooking zone. The clear numerical display provides direct access to the desired setting. With the Stop & Go function, you can temporarily pause the cooking process, after which you can reactivate the settings with a single button press. The timer helps you to accurately monitor the cooking. If you connect a compatible Miele extractor hood via Con@ctivity and Miele@home, it will automatically adjust the extraction power to the cooking activity.

Safe and easy to maintain

Various safety features ensure that you can cook with peace of mind every day. The child lock and safety lock prevent accidental operation, while the residual heat indicator shows which cooking zones are still hot.
