You can use this DVI Dual Link cable to connect a computer with DVI output to a TV, monitor, or projector with DVI input. Suitable for resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz (WQXGA) or 3840 x 2400 @ 30 Hz (WQUXGA). A DVI cable is only used to transmit images. With Dual Link, two parallel connections are made, doubling the bandwidth. With dual link, a higher resolution can be achieved than with a single link.
