NINTENDO DS Lite 0 MB

The triumphant march of the Nintendo DS enters its next phase, because now there is the Nintendo DS Lite! Smaller, lighter, more elegant and with a number of new features, it surpasses the perfection of the successful Nintendo DS. This is how a makeover should be! Of course, Nintendo's latest creation also offers the features that already made the Nintendo DS a successful model, such as the two 3-inch LCD screens for enjoying games with first-class 3D graphics and the touchscreen for control options with a finger, the Nintendo DS stylus or the thumb strap. The new star in the sky of handheld consoles has a lot to offer: it is smaller, lighter, more elegant and, moreover, more powerful. With a length of 133 mm, a height of 73.9 mm, a thickness of 21.5 mm (when closed, of course) and a weight of 218 g, it is more than a third smaller and more than 20 percent lighter than its predecessor; the Nintendo DS Lite has the ideal dimensions. In addition to its slim design, it offers much more for the eyes. The screen illumination can now be set to four levels and thanks to the brighter LCDs, it offers an even more perfect gaming experience, regardless of when or where you play. Length is also important with the Nintendo DS Lite's stylus. With a length of approx. 12.5 mm and a diameter of approx. 0.9 mm, it is approx. 1 cm longer and approx. 1 mm thicker than its predecessor. This allows for even better game control, and if - almost unbelievably - a break is taken, the stylus is no longer stored on the top of the housing, but on the side. It looks better and feels better in the hand. For even more gaming fun with shorter breaks, the Nintendo DS Lite is equipped with much more battery power. Now the battery lasts 5 to 8 hours at maximum brightness and 15 to 19 hours at the lowest brightness level. And in just three hours, the battery is fully charged, one hour faster than before! Good news for Game Boy Advance fans too: like its predecessor, the Nintendo DS Lite also has a slot for Game Boy Advance game cartridges. And if this function is not used, the slot can be closed with an elegant cover. In a small work of art like the new Nintendo DS Lite, the ears should also be pampered, and that's why the microphone is now in a new location, between the two screens. Hear, hear, here is the new Nintendo DS Lite in pink!
