NINTENDO Nintendo DSi Console 256 MB

New gaming experiences thanks to cameras, improved sound, downloads and integrated storage: the Nintendo DSi in black! The Nintendo DSi is thinner and lighter than any other member of its product family. At the same time, it is packed with new features, all with one goal: even more gaming fun for everyone, from traditional gamers to newcomers. The Nintendo DSi opens up almost unlimited possibilities for fun: you can take photos, edit them and send them to friends and family, listen to and experiment with your favorite music, play over 1,000 Nintendo DS titles, download special DSi software, use integrated internet functions, and much more. DSiWare for download: With games and applications that can be downloaded from the DSi Shop, and of course with your own image and music files, every player can personalize their Nintendo DSi. From the start, the free Nintendo DSi Browser can be downloaded, giving console users quick internet access. Players can look forward to a wide range of entertaining downloads. This includes, among other things, applications that allow you to create animated cartoons or combine photos with sound and moving images to create short video sequences. All functions are available via the DSi Shop on the internet and can be saved directly to the console thanks to the integrated flash memory. This means players always have them with them, anytime and anywhere! The DSiWare offering is supplemented by fun games that, for example, use the motion-sensing cameras for an interactive and innovative gaming experience: via the two cameras, future handheld games can now also be controlled through natural movements of the head, torso, arms, and hands. Fun with photos: The Nintendo DSi's cameras are located both on the inside and outside of the flip-top part of the console. This allows players to photograph themselves or their fellow players as they wish. The special thing about the cameras: they are equipped with 11 functions that allow you to create fantastic special effects, both during and after taking the photo. For example, players can distort their images using the Touchpen, decorate them extra nicely, or even give every face a Mario mustache. All of this can be saved, turning the Nintendo DSi into a personal digital photo album. Console users can exchange their snapshots wirelessly with each other, and with an SD memory card, they can also upload them to their PC or Wii, from where they can send the photos to friends and family via WiiConnect24. Sound shows and music: In terms of sound, Nintendo DSi players enjoy improved sound quality and higher volume. The console turns into a portable music player that can play AAC-encoded music files. In addition, it opens up new avenues for owners to experiment with sounds and melodies: the pitch and playback speed can be influenced, and certain effects can even be achieved on running pieces. For example, if someone wants to sing or play a song but doesn't quite catch the strange lyrics or an instrumental solo, they can slow down the tempo until they hear everything clearly. It's also great fun to record your own voice and distort it with funny sound effects in the playback. Similar functions allow every player to mix their favorite melodies individually. Full of features, but thinner than ever: Nintendo's new handheld console has a trendy matte look. And despite the wealth of new features it contains, the Nintendo DSi is 12 percent thinner than the Nintendo DS Lite. At the same time, it boasts a larger and brighter 3.25-inch screen. Almost all existing Nintendo DS titles can also be played on the new console. This means that Nintendo DS fans who want to switch to the Nintendo DSi already have access to a large game collection. The DSi is not compatible with Game Boy Advance games! (Manufacturer information).
