Joy-Con
The Nintendo Switch comes with two controllers that can be used together or separately: the Joy-Con controllers.

If you attach the two Joy-Con controllers to the Joy-Con grip, you can use them like a traditional controller. Each Joy-Con also functions as a standalone controller.

Imagine the Joy-Con is a glass with ice cubes. Thanks to the HD rumble feature, you can feel the ice cubes hitting each other as you tilt and rotate the Joy-Con.

One ice cube, two... The HD rumble feature is so realistic that you can even feel how many ice cubes are in the glass. It's almost like holding a real glass.

Recognize shape, movement, and distance
The infrared motion camera in the right Joy-Con can recognize the shape, movement, and distance of objects.

For example, the camera can distinguish between the hand gestures rock, paper, and scissors. This opens up a world of possibilities, such as with Nintendo Labo (sold separately).
