This top-quality flash has dust-, splash- and frost-resistant (-10°C) construction in a compact and lightweight body. When used in conjunction with OM-D series weatherproof cameras and M.ZUIKO PRO lenses, you won't have to worry about harsh conditions.

This flagship flash unit has a maximum guide number of 58 while the combination of the built-in image processor (TruePic) and TTL synchronization technology ensures optimal exposure during your photo shoots.

The flash is equipped with a wireless exposure mode and therefore you can take advantage of multi-flash photography at high intensity via wireless control. This allows you to control up to 4 flash groups, select whether a group is enabled or not, compensate flash output and adjust various settings. Another popular addition is the slave function: you can attach the flash to a camera's hot shoe and use it as the main flash when using the commander function.

Of course, the unique Olympus functions High Resolution, Focus Stacking and Focus Bracketing are also supported, and now shorter shooting intervals are available!

The FL-900R features an LED video illuminator, which is useful for recording OM-D videos in low light or poor lighting conditions. Perfect for lenses with a focal length of 12 mm (24 mm) or higher.
