The Philips Hue Dim Switch is a dimmer remote control specifically designed to control Philips Hue lighting remotely. It is portable, compact and easy to use.

Control your lighting system

You can control your entire lighting system with the Hue dimmer at your leisure, up to 10 Philips Hue bulbs at once. With the dimmer, you can increase or decrease the brightness, vary the light mood or obtain optimal lighting according to the time of day. It is wireless, battery-powered and can be attached to walls and magnetic surfaces or used as a standalone remote control. Configuring the Hue only takes a few minutes, you can control it via Bluetooth or via the Hue app.

Minimalist and modern

The Hue Dimmer Switch V2 has a modern and minimalist design, with a slim profile that fits into any room in your home. It has a rectangular shape with three buttons and is available in white. The dimmer can be hung on any wall with the included screws or tape and requires no electrical installation. The switch is powered by a replaceable CR2032 battery, which is included. Battery life is estimated at up to three years.

Customize your settings with the Hue Bridge

By pressing the Hue button, you can choose one of four pre-programmed light recipes: Reading, Relax, Energy or Focus. The dimmer also includes a "last set reminder," a feature that remembers the last lighting setting used and automatically adjusts it when it is turned on. You can customize your settings by connecting the dimmer to a Hue Bridge to create your own lighting scenes. If you don't have a Hue Bridge, the default settings are available.

Designed to last

With a lifespan of 50,000 clicks, this switch is made to last. It has two configurable buttons and works with a CR2032 button cell battery that comes with the switch. It operates on a frequency band of 2400 - 2483.5 MHz and has an IP20 rating. It can control up to 10 lights without connection to a Hue bridge and the battery has a minimum life of 2 years.
