The latest Philips shavers have a built-in replacement reminder in the form of a shaving unit symbol. This symbol lights up and indicates when you need to replace the shaving heads.

1. Open the shaver by pressing the release button; 2. Remove the holder by turning the latch counterclockwise; 3. Remove the old shaver heads and carefully insert the replacement shaver heads; check that the heads are exactly aligned in the holder; 4. Replace the holder and secure it by turning the latch button clockwise; 5. When you close the shaver head securely, you will hear it click into place.

The latest Philips shavers have a built-in indicator that tells you when to change the shaver heads. After replacing the shaving heads, you can reset it by pressing the power button for more than 7 seconds. Otherwise, the indicator automatically turns off after 9 consecutive shaves.
