With a diameter of 43 mm and a thickness of 9.5 mm, you can wear it effortlessly day and night without discomfort. The plastic casing with a stainless steel bezel gives a modern, polished look that matches any outfit. You can customize the watch face with an analog or digital display of your choice and numerous widgets. The Ignite 3 features a 1.28-inch (3.25 cm) AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 416 x 416 pixels. This screen clarity is not an insignificant detail: statistics, notifications, and training data are readable at a glance, even in bright sunlight. Furthermore, Corning Gorilla Glass protects the screen from the daily scratches that come with an active life. The always-on display keeps the time and other important information visible without needing to touch the screen, while the ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness to suit any situation.
A healthy life with targeted guidance
Train with purpose thanks to accurate tracking and personalized monitoring. The Ignite 3 supports GPS with no fewer than 5 satellite systems: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS, including dual-frequency and assisted variants for maximum location precision. The Precision Prime sensor continuously tracks your heart rate, while advanced sleep analysis and Nightly Recharge allow you to see the quality of your sleep and how well your body has recovered each morning at a glance. SleepWise, on the other hand, tracks your daytime alertness and provides insight into your long-term sleep patterns. Finally, you can view your progress via the Polar Flow app and receive tailored suggestions.
Battery, sensors, and daily convenience
Polar has equipped the Ignite 3 with a 215 mAh Li-Pol battery that lasts up to 5 days in smartwatch mode, 18 hours in training mode, and up to 88 hours in eco mode. Charging is easy via the included USB cable. The smartwatch also features an accelerometer, skin temperature sensor, and practical functions such as a stopwatch, interval timers, and automatic laps. Bluetooth ensures a stable connection with your smartphone. Note: ECG and SpO2 are missing, as are NFC and voice control. This means the focus is on reliable basic data and training, without extra smart features.
