Tips for using the induction cooktop:

• Use pans with a magnetic base suitable for induction (you can simply test this by holding a magnet against the bottom). Not suitable on the induction hob are pans made of stainless steel, aluminum, copper without a magnetic base, glass, porcelain or earthenware. In case you use a pot or pan that is not suitable, the symbol [EO] flashes on the display.
• Always lift the cooking pot. Do not slide the cooking pot over the hob to avoid scratches. Do not drop the cooking pot (or any other weight) on the hob.
• The display works via rotary knobs and touch control. So you don't have to apply pressure to the buttons. Just rest your finger briefly on the on/off button and you will see that the appliance comes on.
