You can attach the sensor in various places in your home,: such as on your windows, your front door, back door, sliding glass doors, etc. But you must have a Ring base station to use the contact sensors. Easy installation, convenient operation

The contact sensor attaches in no time to a door or window of your choice but you must first configure it correctly: first, make sure the device is turned off and download the Ring App. Tap the appropriate device, and follow all the instructions in the -app for a seamless configuration. When placing the sensor, you need to consider the correct setting: you have 3 options: Main door for doors you use often, which allows you to enable entry delay for the alarm. Secondary door for doors you don't use to go in or out. And Window, is meant exclusively for windows: when a window or secondary door opens, the Ring alarm will sound if the sensor is enabled. Finally, the Ring app allows you to control other features such as alerts and history and so much more.
