A difficult process, automated

True barista coffee is of course made with a portafilter. However, the grinding, dosing, and tamping involved can be tricky – even for a professional. Fortunately, this machine takes these steps out of your hands. The Sage The Oracle Touch features a fully integrated, hardened precision grinder that grinds coffee to your set grind size. This precision grinder can automatically grind and tamp 22 grams of coffee directly into the portafilter. With 22 grams of coffee, you get a full, complex flavor in your cup. Great coffee starts with the details

Whether your espresso tastes sweet or bitter can depend on a temperature difference of just 1 degree during the extraction process. That's why Sage's The Oracle Touch is equipped with PID temperature control. This precisely regulates the temperature in the stainless steel boilers and the heated brew group, ensuring the water is at the exact right temperature for a delicious cup of coffee. Additionally, this espresso machine gently pre-infuses the ground coffee under low pressure. Only then does the extraction process begin under high pressure of 9 bar via the Italian pump. This results in a creamy, caramel-colored espresso. No bitter coffee for you!

The finishing touch: microfoam
