SLC Cache Technology
The A55 utilizes the "SLC Cache Technology," the new caching architecture that combines both SLC and TLC flash blocks. This technology allows all data to be written to the SLC portion first and then sequentially copied to TLC, thus leading to a higher peak in write performance. Moreover, the A55 also uses "DRAM buffer cache" to improve performance. Furthermore, such technology can reduce write amplification on the TLC portion and thus provide better durability and a longer lifespan for the SSD.

Internal Auto-copy Technology
The internal Auto-copy technology ensures the automatic copying of the SLC cache to the TLC blocks in the NAND, without using the controller or DDR, so that higher efficiency can be achieved by reducing the load on the controller and DRAM.
