Two pans that can be operated separately
This deep fryer has a very large capacity of 2 x 3 liters which makes it ideal for frying fries and snacks at the same time. Because the fat is separated in both pans it will stay fresh longer. You also have therefore no odor and taste transfer.

Healthier frying thanks to cold zone
A problem with many deep fryers is that leftovers end up in the hot fat and then burn with each use. In a deep fryer with a cold zone, the heating element is placed directly in the frying fat. The element is then about 2 cm above the bottom of the bowl. Because the heat from the element radiates upward, a cold zone is created below the element. The temperature of this zone is therefore lower than elsewhere in the inner pan. Because combustion only occurs at higher temperatures, the frying residue that sinks into the cold zone will not burn. Result: the fat lasts longer and frying odors remain minimal.

Adjustable temperature
With the rotary knob you can easily set the temperature from 140 to 190°C. When the deep fryer is at temperature, the handy indicator light next to the rotary knob indicates this. The heating element hangs directly in the liquid frying fat for optimal temperature control.

Easy to clean
The deep fryer can be completely taken apart, making it easy to clean. The inner pans are removable, because of this you can easily change the fat. All parts are easy to wash with soapy water. The outside can be wiped with a damp cloth, so the deep fryer does not get greasy there either.

Safety
Safety has also been thought of. This deep fryer has 2 pans, but only needs to be plugged into one outlet. So it has only one plug, because the two heating elements are linked together. The heating elements can be controlled separately, so you can set one pan to a different temperature than the other pan. This way you choose the right temperature for chips or snacks.
