This is the story of an unexpected encounter between Mario and the wacky Rabbids. The Mushroom Kingdom has been upended by a mysterious vortex that has brought the Rabbids to this peaceful land.

To restore peace to the confused Mushroom Kingdom, Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach and Yoshi must team up with four Rabbids with unique personalities! Travel through strange worlds full of coins to collect and all sorts of puzzles to solve.

Set off with these eight heroes in a hilarious adventure as you encounter all sorts of references to classic Mario games... and, of course, countless mischievous Rabbids!

Use unique weapons and engage in turn-based battles with all sorts of strange enemies and ironclad bosses. Move your heroes around the battlefield in turns and engage the enemy with long-range attacks and melee attacks. You have hundreds of insane weapons at your disposal, so think carefully about how you want to equip your heroes before throwing yourself into battle.

Take advantage of the environment to outsmart your enemies! Take cover behind objects to avoid long-range attacks, jump through Rabbid-shaped tubes to move quickly across the battlefield, and go wild with your heroes' unique abilities.

Each hero has their own special moves, stats and techniques that can turn the tide and define your play style. Use Mario's great attack power to defeat powerful enemies, keep your team on its feet with Rabbid Peach's healing powers and outwit approaching enemies with Luigi's agility. You decide what your team looks like!

Hand a Joy-Con to a friend and play various cooperative challenges in local multiplayer, and put your skills to the test with three difficulty levels. Control two heroes each as you battle your way through specially designed levels full of new strategic options!
