Open the appliance 180° and you have a flat contact grill, suitable for paninis, vegetables, or meat. Closed, it's your sandwich maker for two sandwiches at a time. Grease collection

Especially when used as a flat grill, fat is released. At the front of the appliance, there is a small hole through which it drains into a removable container underneath. After use, you can easily detach this container to empty and clean it.
