From sandwich maker to contact grill

Open the device 180° and you have a flat contact grill, large enough for meat, vegetables or paninis. Closed, it's your sandwich maker for up to 4 sandwiches at once. The same plates, two very different moments at the table: a quick lunch on Wednesday, or a piece of meat and vegetables on a Saturday evening.

Determine the temperature yourself

Whichever side you choose, you decide how far you go. If you want a sandwich with just melted cheese and a light crust, turn the rotary knob lower. For a truly crispy panini or some color on the vegetables, turn it further open. A red light indicates that the device is warming up; as soon as the green light comes on, it has reached the set temperature. Please note: the knob works with a set point, not with exact degree display.

Grease drip tray

Especially when using the device as a flat grill, grease and moisture are released. A drip tray at the back neatly collects this, so it doesn't end up on your countertop.

Cleaning

After melting and grilling, there is little left to scrub. The baking plates are not removable, but thanks to the non-stick coating, you can easily wipe the device clean after use. Let the device cool down completely before cleaning it.

Safe to hold

Even with hot plates, the cool-touch handle remains cool, so you can safely open and close the device during use. The overheating protection automatically switches off the device at excessively high temperatures.
