From cappuccino to hot chocolate

If you love a cappuccino or latte like from the barista, this appliance gives you the foam for it. If you go for hot chocolate or just a glass of warm milk — for yourself, for the children, or as a base for chai — you use the same button, just a different setting.

Which milk works best?

In principle, you can froth any type of milk, including plant-based alternatives like soy or oat milk. Choose a barista version — they are specially formulated to froth well and stably. The standard version gives inconsistent results.

Why there are two fill lines

Foam takes up more space than liquid milk, which is why the maximum fill line for foam is lower than for heating. Up to 160 ml provides enough foam for multiple cups of cappuccino or latte; up to 350 ml can be heated without frothing.

The special pouring spout and ergonomic handle give you the control to dose milk foam precisely — so you pour a neat layer of foam onto your coffee, and with a little more practice, that first heart or leaf.

Just below boiling point

The milk frother heats to a maximum of 70°C. Above that temperature, milk burns faster and loses flavor — this limit keeps your milk creamy and at its best.

Cleaning

Thanks to the non-stick coating, you can easily rinse the jug after use. The jug is detachable from the base, but not dishwasher safe itself. The attachment and lid are dishwasher safe. Wipe the base with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
