The cast body is made of recycled aluminum and the full-disc base helps the pan heat up quickly and evenly. Thanks to the CeraLith™ ceramic non-stick coating, ingredients release easily and the pan is easy to clean. The pan is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction. Remove the handle to use the pan in the oven or store it more compactly.
