The Bosch PIF631HB1E induction hob has an elegant design with a black glass hob and a beveled edge that gives your worktop a sleek finish. This built-in hob measures 51 x 59.2 x 52.2 cm and easily fits into a standard 60 cm built-in niche. It has a modern look and adds a touch of sophistication to your kitchen, while the glass finish facilitates maintenance.
Flexible cooking zones
This induction hob features 4 cooking zones with which you can easily prepare a varied meal. The cooking zones have different dimensions, so you can choose a suitable place for each pan. They heat up quickly and react precisely to every temperature change. With the PowerBoost function, you add up to 50% extra power to a selected cooking zone, so you can, for example, bring water to a boil faster or sear meat powerfully. The hob is suitable for induction-compatible pans of various sizes.
Intuitive control panel
Bosch has equipped this hob with the intuitive and user-friendly DirectSelect control panel. Via the clear interface, you can easily select the cooking zone, power, and desired functions. In addition, Home Connect gives you access to personalized settings via the app, while the Favorites button allows you to quickly recall your most used settings. Moreover, Smart Hood Automatic automatically adjusts the extraction power of a compatible Bosch extractor hood to the hob. With the pause function, you can temporarily interrupt the cooking process, for example, to open the door or wipe up spilled liquid.
Easy maintenance
The black glass surface of the PIF631HB1E is easy to clean. Because induction only heats the bottom of the pan, the glass around the pan remains cooler, and spilled food residues burn less quickly. As a result, you can easily wipe the surface clean with a soft cloth after cooking. In addition, the residual heat indicators clearly show which cooking zones are still warm. Finally, the child lock prevents settings from being accidentally changed.
