The Bosch PIX631HC1E induction hob features 4 induction cooking zones that give you complete freedom to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. FlexInduction combines 2 cooking zones into one large cooking surface for roasting pans, grill plates, and large pots. The Easy Flex Zones allow you to flexibly arrange the available cooking space according to the cookware used. The black ceramic glass with facet finish gives the hob a stylish look, and thanks to the built-in dimensions of 5.1 x 59.2 x 52.2 cm (H/W/D), it integrates neatly into most kitchens.

Full control with every preparation

Bosch has equipped this induction hob with various interesting options. With DirectSelect, you have direct access to the desired cooking zone, power, and extra functions. Power Boost delivers up to 35% extra power, so water boils faster and pans heat up more quickly. PerfectFry Plus constantly monitors the cooking temperature to help prevent burning, ensuring meat, fish, and vegetables cook evenly. Quick Start automatically recognizes where your pan is placed, while Restart remembers the last used settings when the hob is unexpectedly switched off. The Pause function also allows you to temporarily interrupt cooking and resume easily afterward.

Smartly connected to your kitchen

Home Connect further expands the possibilities of this PIX631HC1E. The Favorites button gives you access to the most frequently used settings with a single touch. The PerfectFry Plus Assistant sends recommended settings directly from the Home Connect app to the hob, making it even easier to prepare your dishes. Furthermore, remote diagnostics enable support from Bosch customer service when needed. If you use a compatible Bosch extractor hood, Smart Hood Automatic adjusts the extraction automatically to the selected cooking settings.

Easy to maintain and safe

Induction technology only heats the bottom of the pan, keeping the glass surface around the pan cooler and preventing spilled food from burning on. This makes cleaning the smooth glass surface after cooking easy with a soft damp cloth and a suitable cleaning agent. This hob also offers extra security. The child lock prevents settings from being changed unintentionally, the residual heat indicator clearly shows which cooking zones are still hot, and the safety switch-off automatically turns off the cooking zone if it remains on for too long.
